Plus like the different character paths that everyone can go through that can change them for the better or worse while retaining core character traits. It's really fun to see them all of them change.

U should grab some 5lbs to start and look up a dumbell workout regime. Pilates are good too!

U should avoid for a bjt cardio, and work with exclusively weights. It'll make ya feel good after u workout and eat a big meal too. Either that or a bunch of body weight exercises. Plus it's easy to start out with just weights when beginning to workout,
imo cardio is too exhausting lol
