Not that I think it should win - Little Amélie or the Character of Rain is my current animated pick - but I'd love to know why Ne Zha 2 isn't Oscar eligible.

I obviously obsessively read comment sections on any SIFF-related article, but I think this is the first time half the comments have been about how people don't know what SIFF is & are mad about it.

Btw I've looked in three different places and Gemini has NOT turned on for me in Gmail (or anything), so I don't know what this is about, but I did figure out how to hide the forum etc labels that popped up recently, so I guess that's a win.

I was already having trouble remembering the title "Rebuilding", but now that I know my friend is calling it "Farm Dreams" it's all over.

I guess I should've thought about letterboxd last four before I watched a bunch of shorts last night that are leaving Criterion this month (my favorite was All the Crows in the World!)
