I gotta get off of the internet, take a melatonin, and watch some BL (evergreen tweet.)

The Torrent are already fitting in nicely as a Seattle team. They're stressing their fans out with an overtime game right away

I couldn't make it out to Queens of the Dead, and now I'm even grumpier about it because I just learned Jack Haven is in it.

Vancouver has a Surrey girl on their team! That's so cool! (Seattle has a hometown kid too.)

Not that I think it should win - Little Amélie or the Character of Rain is my current animated pick - but I'd love to know why Ne Zha 2 isn't Oscar eligible.

I obviously obsessively read comment sections on any SIFF-related article, but I think this is the first time half the comments have been about how people don't know what SIFF is & are mad about it.

If only I had rewatched The Five Year Christmas Party instead, this letterboxd last four would've been five stars all the way.

The Seattle Torrent play hockey today!

I finally booked my ticket to visit my aunt for Christmas, so time to start thinking about what movies I'm gonna show her.

Btw I've looked in three different places and Gemini has NOT turned on for me in Gmail (or anything), so I don't know what this is about, but I did figure out how to hide the forum etc labels that popped up recently, so I guess that's a win.

I was already having trouble remembering the title "Rebuilding", but now that I know my friend is calling it "Farm Dreams" it's all over.

I picked this Christmas movie solely for Katie Findlay & I can tell you already this man does not deserve them.

I only use StoryGraph for logging, which is mostly fine, but when I really hate a book I have regrets.

I need a browser plug-in that strips the Axios house style from their articles.

It's happening again.
Every year I have such a hard time disaggregating Thanksgiving. Like, I don't have to lay in a week of supplies. I can buy groceries again on Friday.

I wonder how long it will take my theater to realize they did not ticket Merrily We Roll Along as a special event.

For some reason I thought I had a movie tonight on #firstvoyage, but no! It's Spock on TNG time; let's go!

We just saw Peter Hujar's Day, and I deeply respect his commitment to napping despite not owning a couch. I am also living this life!

Just changed someone's life with this (again), so a reminder: tap "Instagram" at the top of the app. Tap "following". Live that algorithm- and ad-free lifestyle. Prosper!

I have reverted to my natural state: four titles behind on letterboxd.

So glad I made it out to Happyend, so much more fun of a movie than I had anticipated considering it's about the surveillance state. The revolution requires DJs!

Die My Love feels like If I Had Legs I'd Kick You in that it's hard to make myself go but once I'm there I'll be glad I did.

Me moving to Capitol Hill at age 18 after K-12 worth of Catholic school.
I’ll try a pagan friend, thought I, since Christian kindness has proved but hollow courtesy.

Voyaged up north to Shoreline today for Left-Handed Girl & Train Dreams, both of which were beautiful in very different ways. My kingdom for Netflix movies in Seattle though my god.

Congratulations to @vancouverrisefc.bsky.social , the first ever NSL champs; now what does a kid have to do to get a Quinn jersey shipped to the States?

I guess I should've thought about letterboxd last four before I watched a bunch of shorts last night that are leaving Criterion this month (my favorite was All the Crows in the World!)
