How? Are you adding up indy in the EU and indy out of the EU? That's impossible, that 8% would vote proUK, so 40% indy similar to the neutral Question

Actually in Scotland it was the same people in both refs, but it's common sense that you need to show the current status and both options to be fair not just 1. Your doc is from before this assessment so not relevant

In 2015 the EC recommended to use a Q that considers the current status and shows both outcomes, rather than yes/no. Do you think any IndyRef would be similar? www.electoralcommission.org.uk/research-rep...

On 2015, the EC recommended a Q that includes both options not yes/no

I think it's unlikely that UK Gov would agree to the yes/no Q, after what the EC said. What wording would you suggest?

That's an ignorant statement, nothing is unlimited. If it is why doesnt it cover our energy needs? Wrong again, I support using renewables I'm just saying that what you say is wrong
August 22, 2025 at 6:38 PM
Unlimited renewables? the renewables are far from enough to cover our energy needs and are heavily subsidised by a levy on standard energy.

Scotland (and even the IK) emits too little to have a big impact om global warming and we can't be oil leaders because we have too little oil anf not the best to be leaders, but we could extract more to import less, that'd make sense but we wouldn't be a huge producer like SA evem like Norway
August 17, 2025 at 9:46 AM
Theoretically yes, but in practice increasing emissions here would make practically no difference to global warming because our emissions are below 1% of the total.

Well, we'd be in charge of our own sun which means we can increase it or decrease it as needed, just like public spending. Look at Malta, small, independent and a lot warmer than the UK. Why Malta and not Scotland?
August 14, 2025 at 12:53 PM
Are you insinuating that drilling more in Scotland will increase global warming to a point that Scotland won't be cold anymore?
August 14, 2025 at 12:51 PM
At the risk of being pedantic haha but did you use the constituency vote instead of list because you consider constituency vote the first choice?
June 14, 2025 at 9:04 AM
No, you just pretend to know something when you don't have a clue - how's the list vote calculated?
June 9, 2025 at 9:20 AM
I bet you know the formula used to calculate the weighted amount of votes in the list, based on the constituency votes, do you?
June 8, 2025 at 10:02 AM
That's of seats not votes, votes are 60/40 pro. UK. Even the majority of seats is likely to be lost by the nats now as Labour has improved lightly
June 8, 2025 at 10:01 AM
I'm talking about Scottish elections which is in 1 year, polls are showing pro UK parties will get around 60% of the votes. Do you understand now?
June 7, 2025 at 9:06 PM
And the SNP are now at around 30%, what does that tell you?
June 7, 2025 at 6:52 PM
They never win a majority of seats because the system isn't proportional but unionist parties win a majority of voters at most elections. But a clear majority of voters vote for pro UK parties, see?
June 7, 2025 at 6:51 PM
Scotland as a whole vote much more for pro UK parties than Nats, by around 60 to 40%. Is Scotland yoon?
June 6, 2025 at 8:15 PM
That's disastrous for Starmer, he's not gonna get any vote from the non-voters. He's doomed
June 6, 2025 at 6:24 PM
If you want the SNP to win
June 4, 2025 at 4:09 PM
I can tell you who isn't worried, the SNP - The better Reform does, the better the SNP will do
June 4, 2025 at 4:09 PM
I personally have no problem with anyone's sexual orientation, it's their life, but I can't see how a pride month would stop the above. I also don't mind if there is but I don't think it stops any hatred
June 4, 2025 at 4:03 PM
What a huge difference from the Holyrood system eh? We'd have coalition governments of several parties with different ideology most of the time with proportional vote
June 1, 2025 at 8:33 AM
Amazing view!
