Evict after being told rent was too high. Wouldn't transfer the lease within their network to a lower rent based area. As I sat in housing court, my landlord was suing elders and people who resided there for more than 10 years.

I was preyed upon by a corporate landlord. They decided to evict most low income elders and long term tenants paying "beneath market rent". They raised rents as much as 400%. It's horrific
