Marc, on the Save Act. Doesn’t the 19th Amendment put the burden on the Federal Government or the State to prove a non-citizen has voted? The way the amendment is written doesn’t seem to imply the burden is on the citizen to prove they are a citizen in order to vote.

This whole thing is a huge con. They are going to get a couple of migrants with criminal records and perp walk them in front of the cameras but they have no ability or funds for that matter to do what they are saying.

I think he is just the face of Americans being completely frustrated with what is happening in the country. Not just with healthcare but with everything.

This won’t even approach a court before he is the sitting President. A sitting President can’t be party to a civil litigation.

It will be interesting to find a jury that will all find him guilty. Try finding 12 random people where at least 1 of them haven’t been screwed over by an insurance company.

Murder is bad but this is a much bigger conversation as to why. You can treat this like some average murder or you can start really talking about why he selected that person.

Maybe you should start covering the reason he selected that person. Maybe have some people on that paid their premiums and were denied care. Just maybe we need to look at why someone would choose to do what he did.
