I agree. I don’t want to come here to confirm my biases, and then some, blatantly. I want to read some serious discussion that makes me question my postures, to come up with better arguments or adjust my posture towards a more rational one.

About 13-14 years ago, some friends were telling me about this company called Tesla and it’s CEO that was gonna help save the environment and fund another company SpaceX that was gonna colonize Mars..My reaction was “this guy sounds like an eccentric, narcissistic asshole with grandiose delusions.”

Radically push for abolishing federal programs/agencies in the name of republicanism, so that they can get away with cutting federal taxes without ballooning the deficit more. Pass the cost to the states, whom’ll have to raise taxes, but billionaires can work around that. Medicare, VA and SS next…
