Prices fluctuating is nornal as it happens based on time of day, amount of customers in that given time and weather conditions.
Presidents can't really control gas prices, just events that happen that could lead to them changing

Where I live, gas prices are fluctuating drastically every couple days. Here it runs from $2.79 to $3.59, depending on on the day.
Is this just more of Trump playing with prices?
