It's too late to entirely prevent it, the best we can do now is to limit the damage and try to help those worst affected. There are of course people trying to solve it, but without a way to immediately remove massive amounts of carbon and methane from the air it's just not possible.

Was Stalin great at communicating? I honestly don't actually know much of the details about how he rose to power, but the vibe I have is that he just backstabbed the people around him who were actually the great communicators?

I will just say that I want to wait until a full investigation is completed. The CNN article cites 2 unnamed US Officials who believe it could have been accidentally cut by an anchor dragging on the sea floor. Seems suspicious, but when we talk about an act of war we should be sure.

Yes, people think we are leaving simply because conservative views are shared there. That is not why. It is the algorithmic pushing of the furthest right voices and the complete lack of moderation that gives a voice to explicit bigotry as seen above.
