still work 2-3 hours over every day, but I’m usually out the door within half an hour of the end of our working hours. This may be quite hard, but I’m going to make an effort to leave work at work and make time for other things at home.

CAREER
I have a lot to say about this but I’ll just say this for now before I forget…I’m a very busy person but I’m going to make an effort this year to not take work home. My workplace has a policy to not ask us to work overtime, and to not pay for it when we do. Many of my Japanese colleagues…

one that I keep at work in Kyoto. In total I cycle about 22 km every day, Mon - Sat, except when it’s raining. I’ll keep that up, and maybe when the weather warms up I’ll run the 7 km from work to the station I usually cycle to a few days a week.

HEALTH AND FITNESS
