I feel that. Currently dealing with the same thing. As soon as I started feeling it yesterday I left work so I wouldn’t get anyone sick and will be masking in public for the next week or so. Wish others had that kind of respect for people.

Do I think it’d work? As someone who takes SSRIs and anxiety medication and does not support the right, no. But so many half truths in all media now days just trying to fear monger. It’s so dumb.

That is very fair. I just get sad when I see people scared of AI in general. It can be a very cool and helpful tool, but I understand the fears. If people use it in healthy/cautious ways, it’s great. But like with all things it won’t be, so I get the fear.

It’s not a solve it all because if they don’t know how to use it, it won’t be very helpful to them for complex issues. We’ve had numerous training sessions with the AI company to truly learn how to use it and it has helped be very beneficial for us.

Yeah it certainly isn’t that lol. With proper regulations, it’s somewhere in the middle. My company has contracts so the AI cannot train itself off any of our companies information so our information stays private.

Yeah I don’t disagree with you there. We use it professionally where I work and it is super helpful if trained properly to use it for stuff beyond simple questions. That’s all I meant. For complex things, it’s all about knowing how to prompt it to give meaningful help.
