Draft 2 of WIP is at 94,000 words. Kinda hoping I can hit 100,000 but also not putting pressure on myself as we're right at the end of the story now

Nothing more humbling than diving back into your first draft to find a sentence you deleted and realising how crap that version of the story is.

A lifelong dream of mine has been to have a rainshower in my bathroom. After recently using one for the first time, I've had my dreams shattered.
They're annoying.
You can't stand under one without getting water down your face or uncomfortably bending your neck down!

Watching Dark Matter (the book I read yesterday), I cannot wait for cinematographers to remember to use lightning.
It's half 11 am, and I've had to shut the curtains as its pitch black 90% of the time
