Yeah that's the most frustrating part about this hit. The deck had literally 1 tournament result a month ago, but it gets hit *this* hard while other decks that were consistently top decks got nothing or even got buffed! Typhoon gets to play mirage of nightmare now!

I don't understand why they're so afraid of rituals it's insane. Every ritual deck save exactly nekroz which is terrible has been completely pointed out of existence.

It's insane what they did to megalith. No results, but gets hit harder than radiant typhoon, punk, artmage, and odion combined. In a format with 5 point droll. It's so frustrating I got these cards in paper, but the deck gets completely killed before it even got to do anything

God the darklord cards are so god damn cool. One of my favorite archetypes aesthetically I’m so glad the support is bringing it at least close to competitive. I hope condemned darklord gets to keep winning and make out with ixchel in the next wave

And to cap it off the final cutscene was perfect. I love that Hornet gets to prevent Pharloom from repeating Hallownest, and also find kinship in the process. I love the parallels between Lace and Hornet, it’s just perfect. And the knight coming to save their sister too, fuck.

The fight with Lost Lace is the best fight in either game by a lot. The pace and precision of NKG, the spectacle of Radiance, the best parts of the duels in Silksong, with beautiful music to boot.

The whole sequence leading up to the true ending, with the red memory was so beautiful. Some of the best emotional storytelling I’ve seen in a Metroidvainia. Also we got baby Hornet!
