The FBI, Dept. of Homeland Security, NY Counterterrorism and Intel Division, operatives acting on behalf of the military industry on US soil, & other operatives & intelligence entities w/ access to tech that have similar or the same capabilities as AHI/Havana Syndrome techs need to be investigated

not that Russia is not the main culprit, but it may not be the only culprit, there may b factions & traitors w/in the intel community using this against US interests including in the US & the FBI & others may be using this on non government people in the US for $ or other reasons-too costly to admit

just Russia may not be the only culprit & this is something the CIA, FBI, NSA & others in the intel community would not want to disclose to the public or oversight entities. Not to mention how illegal & costly it would be to admit this tech is used to attack non government people by the powerful

A possible subtlety may be the public comment from the Intel community that it's not a "foreign adversary", it may be domestic, there may be factions within the intel community that use this on US civilians for many reasons, including those in government work, not that Russia isn't the main culprit

the FBI & other operatives in the USA likely have these techs and I suspect the military industrial complex, powerful people, wealthy people may pay to have someone be attacked, or even the government may attack people with these techs who they view as a threat, yet another reason not admit to them

if the FBI & other operatives in the USA have this technology they can rent out this service to rich and powerful people, and the military industrial complex too, really anyone who can be seen as a threat can be attacked. And this may be yet another reason the CIA and other don't admit to this
