Well, I hope you're wrong. There are great use cases for AI, and generating images and (especially) videos is just not worth the costs at this point in time.

a) What accomplished artist is using AI to generate art?

b) I am saying I disagree with frivolous use of generative AI. It is objectively immoral to use the already-scarce water and energy required to produce the (usually very bad) output.

c) I hope you understand this is not an attack on you.

To be fair it does sound like the recorder beeped a car horn to try to get the guy's attention so it may have been a recently discovered situation that they were trying to get help for and recording in the meantime, and the guy may have been a rando who truly had no idea
