Scream was created to be a parody/pastiche of slasher flicks. They accidently made it so good it became one of the best known examples of slasher flicks.

Something About Mary did this with rom-coms.

AC Origins (5) started the Mythos quadrilogy.

I'd like to make a polite point of order about Bluesky:

I see a large amount of posts with 'good morning' or 'good night' in them and I think we need to avoid that.

This is an international site, plus it's not an instant messaging service.

It's odd to be shown multiple good morning posts at 5pm.

This app has the potential to do something Twitter never could:

Encourage people to actually tell me what film or TV show they're talking about!

Posts are like "OMG I can't believe he finally did it!"

Who? What? Posted 14hrs ago, 37k likes, no context in the first 50 replies.

There seems to be a lot of book talk on this app so I thought of a question I've had rattling round my head for years:
