In a professional setting I tend to over explain with the disclaimer “if I’m telling you something you already know, just let me know!” Bc i think someone would be more comfortable w that than me leaving things out that they don’t know, and them having to ask for clarity.

I had childhood shit to unpack and things to unpack from previous toxic romantic relationships and that partner gave me a safe environment and relationship to work through those things. I will forever be grateful for them and that 🥹❤️

If I would’ve taken this quiz five years ago the results would have been drastically different, I know they would. I don’t consider my last relationship a failure even though we didn’t end up together because I learned so much about me as a person and grew as an individual and a partner.

I never paid too much mind to attachment styles, but it came up recently, so out of curiosity I took one of the quizzes. The quiz said I have a secure attachment style which I questioned at first, so I took another.. same result. Then I reflected and realized why this was accurate.
