Thomas Goddard - writer - been crafting stories since childhood.

Inspired by the fantastical worlds of pulp horror and the miracle of being alive.

I weave tales that blend the ordinary with the extraordinary, everyday and the stuff of dreams/nightmares.

Absolutely, that grinds my gears! Injustice. It can be as silly as someone cutting a line at the shop. Unless something very awful happens to them straight away, I get locked into a spiral of despair that the world is unfair. Part of the reason I like horror, they tend to get what's coming.

Really getting the arrogance vibe. Ego is a no no for likeability.

Smug is definitely going on the board! Any kind of arrogance is a solid negative.

I'll probably end up making a few different options. See what works. Hope you're feeling better by the way. Anyway, you've curated a good feed. So i respect your taste. Very kind words.

Covers are crazy important. There's no right way of doing it. I really like what David Sodergren has going on with his work. You can see it's his writing straight away. Good strategy. Each book is stand alone, but unified. I do branding work in my day job, so it's on my mind.

There are universal book link services and I recommend using one like Booklinker. You choose the name (something easy to remember) and the site does the rest, sends people who click it to their local Amazon shop

This is so amazingly helpful! Thank you!!

I gave this a go and it didn't seem to work.

This is the uk one... amzn.eu/d/9lCBBN8

And this is the .com one a.co/d/3XeJDWA

It's weird that they'd have different codes...

I think finding the book using search while logged into your zone will supply the ability to buy.

Weird system they have!

Aww. Fantastic!

I'll try and work out if there's some way of sharing a link that works for everyone. Still new to this!

Thank you so much for picking up a copy!!! 😃 Hope you like it!

Try this link. I think it is because I'm based in the UK, so it makes the link for my region.

The above is the .com
Amazon.com

I'm finding it really hard to understand, technically. But connecting with people, decent people, with talent and kindness.. that's what's kept me on here, so far.

What are you focused on creating?

Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart. I've been writing for years, but only just started sharing it. If you have a moment or two, I'd really appreciate you dropping a short review on amazon for me. Really glad you found it!

That's great feedback. I was worried about the pacing a lot and it's good to hear it carried you along.

You've made my day! Such kind words. It's a really good point that I hadn't considered, the cultural differences. I'll keep it in mind, not to change but just to be aware of so that I don't use anything too niche.
