There’s no point in being grown up if you can’t be childish sometimes
That being said, this news has revitalised my long dead interest in Halo. I suddenly want to replay the old games, maybe finally finish Halo Infinite. It’s exciting (if a bit strange) to see Halo move forward as a multiplatform title

The title “Campaign Evolved” also suggests no multiplayer which I can assume is because they don’t want to split the player base between CE and Infinite.
But it’s most likely that the absence of multiplayer, won’t be reflected in the price. This will be ~£60 most likely.

It’s evident that they’re trying to make the Bungie games more consistent with the art style of the 343 games, changing the structures to be sleeker and pointier, the weapon designs and sound are practically the same as the Infinite. Conscious changes that just beg the question: Why?

It’s a lot of resources being poured into ANOTHER remake for CE meanwhile Halo’s future as a franchise remains unclear

I really didn’t like Excadrill’s mega when I first saw it but after an NPC used it against me, I was on board. Ended up using him ALOT throughout the game as I just found that quite a few encounters required Ground and Steel type moves
