Failing to meet local and state housing standards and practices for jails and prisons, most contractual “private facilities” were closed in the 80’s. Seemingly a cheap fix to address overcrowding, increased abuses, including rape, were common. In the end, privatization was found to be more costly.

Not going to happen. The dismantling of congress is next, and all his ass kissing, spineless republican allies will be of no use to him. No more elections! Trump doesn’t want or need them. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out Trump’s next steps.
