Here's a PSA, when it's raining/inclement weather, and your wipers are on, by NC state law, so should be your vehicle's lights. DRL's (daytime running lights) ARE NOT THE SAME THING!!! Your tail lights may not be on. Help us help you be safe. Same goes for dawn, dusk, or even nighttime driving.
