Anyways I said all that bc I’m about to go to the store and buy cheese and I can’t remember what cheese combo I use so y’all tell me what y’all use so I can go in the store with a plan lol

And they’ve been asking me to make Mac and cheese ever since- and I still have no idea what I did, I change the recipe every year. Last year I literally made Tinis Mac and cheese. I have no idea what I’m doing, but it’s working lol.

Well I *thought* I did what she told me to do- but when we ate everyone began raving about how good it was, even my sister. She asking me what I did and I said I did what you said- and she said “nawww this ain’t my Mac and cheese”

Well one year on the morning of thanksgiving at my dads- my niece had a medical emergency & my older sister & her mom (not my mom, blended family, keep up) had to go to the hospital. My sister was literally just about to start the Mac so she gave me a quick “how to” and told me to make it

So anyway- my assigned item at thanksgiving was to bring the rolls. And I mean whatever- I was happy with it. No complains! Can’t mess it up. I spend less than $10- SIMPLE. *sigh* I miss those days.

So a little background: my mom is white and my dad is black. Although I can cook- I used to stay out the way when it came to holidays bc I HATE being interrogated about how I cook bc my mom is white. Yes I season my food mf.
