Family trip to Daytona. Sort like Hampton Beach but prettier.

No eggs tonight.

The only two people who looked like they wanted to be in that cabinet meeting this afternoon were Elon Musk and Elon’s vice president. The rest of them look like they wanted to jump off a bridge. Keep making the calls. Keep writing the emails. they don’t know what the hell they’re doing. 

Had a wonderful time at Art Walk St Pete. The warehouse art district is sooooo cool. Very inspiring.

To live with an open heart is to later invite grief to your table.

I breathe in anxiety and pain. I breathe out into the world, calmness and acceptance. I breathe in chaos and confusion, I breathe out into the world peace and tranquility. I breathe in sickness and hurt. I breathe out health and comfort. I hold acceptance.

Playing with reflections in my mind and writing. Now I see a beautiful reflection in downtown St Petersburg. We are surrounded by so much beauty in so many different ways.

This is where I find my peace, my resting space. I was delighted to meet and talk with the brilliant Poet Laureate of OR, Anis Mojgani. His advice for me was to ‘Notice everything and write it down.’ To notice, one must slow down. When slowing down, mindfulness naturally comes into play.

Home again, home again with a renewed sense of hope. I'll be reaching out and joining community groups and organizing weekly stand outs in Dunedin, FL. Time to stand strong together.

Back to Dunedin today. It's been an amazing spiritual retreat and i’ve been inspired to engage with my community in ways I hadn't thought of. Much writing to do. Organize, nonviolent action.

So thankful to have been a part of The Festival of Faiths. I come away with a grateful heart and a path towards justice. Together we must be open, be creative, become love. Thankful for new friends who are committed to equality. @festoffaiths We will rise stronger together.
