On of my favorite things about metal casting, is the miscasts and pour spouts can be remelted and reused! Can do that with resin :(

It will be the Cities of Sigmar :) I already have the army, just need to pull my finger out and finish the board :)

They are made from larger pieces of XPS insulation foam, I cut them on a Hotwire cutter.
