It’s going to be like that for a while. I’m tuning out even from NPR. I just heard a little bit from NPR today and I got stressed out. Play music from your playlist so you don’t have to listen to the radio. I’m binge watching Netflix so I won’t watch the news. Being anywhere outdoors is good too.
