Honestly, i've had this absolute demon follow me outside the walls several times and wake me up when i've been sleeping at the various spots in town. If he weren't confined to a single town i'd say this would be a serious contender for a challenge run of the game.

This man will sprint after you in the streets, assume an unflinching Terminator walk if he gets close enough to you and most of all, begin following you into buildings to give you his quest. Rented room? Shop? Area that needs a guild key? Doesn't matter, he just invites himself in.
