I cannot stress this enough. If you hadn't heard, the Department of Defense official X account posted a Flag Day graphic with what resembles two Russian flags to the left of the US flag to commemorate Flag Day. Prior administrations had not included such visual elements in their Flag Day posts.

A recent AtlasIntel poll has come under fire after allegations surfaced that organized groups coordinated online to manipulate its results, reportedly boosting Democrat-leaning outcomes. While AtlasIntel defended the integrity of its polling methods, individuals on social media claimed credit.

Federal courts have considered this issue before: Historically, token/inconsequential bonds ($0, $1) are referred to as “nominal security.” E.g., NAACP v. Acosta (D.D.C. 2007): "...Court will require a bond in the nominal amount of $1." Some courts and parties describe these as “bondless” orders in effect, because the security serves no indemnifying function: Textbooks and treatises: Wright & Miller, Federal Practice and Procedure §2948.1 (“Security—Bond”): “Although the rule is phrased in mandatory terms, courts routinely grant the preliminary injunction without requiring security if there is little risk of harm to the party enjoined, such as when government enforcement is stayed. In other instances, the court may require only a nominal bond such as one dollar… Courts sometimes refer to these as injunctions 'issued without security.'” Circuit split/potential judicial discretion: Some circuits strictly construe “no security” as $0 only (see, e.g., C.A. 5th, C.A. 7th), while others treat token bonds as equivalent to no security, since they are not “proper” (see discussion in Wright & Miller and footnotes on Rule 65(c)). In Doctor’s Associates, Inc. v. Stuart, 85 F.3d 975, 985-86 (2d Cir. 1996): “Security may be nominal where the risk of harm is minimal or where injunctive relief advances the public interest.”

President Trump admits that they accomplished nothing during their call today with Russia, except leave open the possibility of Russia rebounding themselves off U.S. trade that critics claim could serve to help rebuild their military for a later repeat attack.
Trump from Truth Social: "Just completed my two hour call with President Vladimir Putin of Russia. I believe it went very well. Russia and Ukraine will immediately start negotiations toward a Ceasefire and, more importantly, an END to the War. The conditions for that will be negotiated between the two parties, as it can only be, because they know details of a negotiation that nobody else would be aware of. The tone and spirit of the conversation were excellent. If it wasn’t, I would say so now, rather than later. Russia wants to do largescale TRADE with the United States when this catastrophic “bloodbath” is over, and I agree. There is a tremendous opportunity for Russia to create massive amounts of jobs and wealth. Its potential is UNLIMITED. Likewise, Ukraine can be a great beneficiary on Trade, in the process of rebuilding its Country. Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine will begin immediately.
