When I feel demotivated to do something, I do the thing I need to do for 5 minutes. No timers, not looking at the clock. Just gonna sit down and do the thing until I think 5 minutes passed. Most of the time you will do it for way longer than 5 minutes. And if not, then you still have worked 5 min :D
