Doesn't have a point of view, knows not where he's going to, isn't he a bit like you, and me?
It was a leftover from when avian flu was rampant

Because they are run by separate companies

It can get below 10 if bad, but perhaps that’s still nothing for a russian

You are very lucky to choose a windows when the weather’s pleasant, we will descend into a cold wet winter next week.

Do they have to adhere to FRA’s crashworthiness standards?

I’m also curious why Alishan railway doesn’t sign a sister agreement with Cass, there have been rumors that “gauge difference” was the issue.

There are three operational Shays at Alishan, including coal-fired #21 (just restored a couple of years ago) and oil-fired #25 and #31.

The best chance to see #21 or #25 run is the monthly excursion in Chaiyi which runs on every first Saturday of the month.

What I meant was thereare 5 cars in one set, so there’s another set (EP101) left. There are also 7 cars (including a set) preserved by the national railway museum, albeit in a worse condition.

It’s actually the second-to last set. TRC has kept the last set and two single cars.

It’s rumored that two of them had new buyer(s), so maybe they won’t all be scrapped.

If you mean the electrification work, it should be done by now. If you mean the station’s staffed, it still is. However, there should be some spots before the station alongside the orchards that can get really close to the tracks (not sure about the fences though).

Many good spots have been fenced up in recent years. Would recommend 枋野 and 中央號誌站 on the other side if they haven’t been fenced up as well.

Vintage ones may occasionally pop up on some Facebook groups about railway memorabilia trading. Not sure about their origins though.

It's Kintetsu's first commuter EMUs in 20 years, so I assume they are gonna make a really big deal out of it.

Reminds me of Taiwan, where most municipalities run their own bus systems alongside the primary ones. Some are formed due to bus companies discontinuing their routes to the communities and they have to step in. Fortunately in some places they are unified under one brand and many are free to ride!
December 19, 2024 at 4:38 AM
Most of these are run by the various private railway companies while others are just subsidiaries of them, so maybe it's not that bad.

I fail to see the purpose to this. Would their profits gain if they don't have to go through the process of profit-sharing?

We do have G12 and G22 models here in Taiwan but they're all in N scale AFAIK.

What about Japanese manufacturers? They may not have advanced technologies though.
