Breakfast today. I’ve been eating better since I am not in the woods anymore. While in the woods I lost fat, this past month from working out I’ve been gaining muscle. By having a safe environment you thrive.

My cat love, I gave her a pain pill at 11 and she’s doing a tad bit better. Purring and walking around more.
