Yeah, they have the best interest of corporations and private interests at heart, which occasionally end up working for the USA in the short term because of increased economic numbers.

But the rot of privatization from "sane" conservatives is what lead us to the present moment.

The last time this happened, Trump was encouraged to run for an easy opponent

Where are the sane conservatives, and are they functionally different than corporate centrists?

"He must have good parents" says the same thing without the baggage the phrase has.

If you're adamant you want to use that phrase nothing someone online says is going to change that, but I wanted to give a different perspective.

Enjoy your day.

Not meaning it that way doesn't remove the underlying implications.

If someone can have good breeding, then that means they can have bad breeding.

I'm not even saying you're intending anything malicious, I'm saying that you internalized the saying at a younger age without going back and thinking about the implications.

Not specifically you, but it is good to take a second look at turns of phrase that have just hung around for a while.

Breeding is genetics, nature not nurture. Just because the phrase conflates the two doesn't mean it's a good fit when eugenics is coming back to the forefront.

Are you implying the person who won a Democratic primary isn't a Democrat?
November 21, 2025 at 9:21 PM
Has a different connotation when there's an administration that says immigrants are poisoning the blood of our nation and putting white supremacists in charge.

Ignorance plus bigotry, mainly

I'd still say 51 looks like it should be prime even though it isn't.
November 21, 2025 at 5:02 AM
So what's the functional strategy from your conclusion? Get millions of people to vote differently. How would you accomplish this? Through some kind of political party perhaps?
November 21, 2025 at 3:12 AM
In purely technical terms that means voters are to blame for every single decision every single administration has made, even to the point that you personally are to blame for not getting more votes.
November 21, 2025 at 3:07 AM
What good does that do. Will you get more people to vote by yelling at them or are you just venting?
