Spent three weeks in Upper Austria and had the opportunity yo try some stellar beers. Baumgartner Hefeweizen is probably one of the best wheat beers I've ever tried 😋

Our gin still is loaded with neutral spirit and botanicals, mainly juniper berries.

By the way, did you know that juniper berries aren't berries at all? In fact they are similar to pine cones, just in miniature and with a leathery skin.

Filling peated spirit into Oloroso Sherry casks today!! Actually, it's heavily peated spirit made from Crisp's Ultra Peated malt.

The flavour profile is something to behold 🤯😋

A third of the barley has been floor malted by our friends from Jaermalt, we are adding it for additional flavour and complexity in our whisky.
