#BlindDrams dram 5 - colour is very like the light gingery part of my calico cat. This was her peacefully curled up next to me 30 seconds ago before her clumsy daughter-cat the tortie stepped all over the both of us 😹 Nose has caramac, souvlaki, salty chips and vanilla ice cream

Right! I’ve done Easter school for two days, lunch with my sisters and Edinburgh chihuahua cafe this week. That’s quite enough peopling for one week! Now it’s time to play in the soil then move just enough so the cats to know that I’m still alive 😹😹😹 look at these lil darlings! ❤️❤️❤️

Today’s experiment in the kitchen is making a small batch of pumfu to see if I like it. So far it’s looking pretty disgusting though 😹

Sitting drinking whisky with a fire on, some classical music and a wee circle kitty sleeping next to me. AND I can sleep soundly knowing that there’s no work for me tomorrow either. Life doesn’t get much better than this 🥰

Sunday night batch cook for the week ahead. I had to get rid of a LOT of fresh beetroot and a freezer full of leeks from the last few veg boxes. I forgot to take a photo of the lovely red and golden beetroot rows but I got a photo of my second slice. Pastry makes everything taste good 🤤

I was supposed to be most way through the Scottish National Whisky Festival just now but part of the venue got damaged during yesterday’s storm. That doesn’t mean I’m missing out even though I’m having a onesie day instead 😹

I assumed my tasting at smws would be the usual small nibbles with some whisky. Nope! Full meal given and a very tasty one too. Bravo smws 👏 that food and whisky delighted me greatly! I wish they were on here so I could tag them to tell the company as well as telling the staff at the venue 👌🏻
