My head cannon is that LLM’s flawed but nonetheless capacity to “reason” inspite of being trained on text corpus is just an example of Marxist (upside-down Hegelian) materialist dialectic law of quantity into quality. Small incremental amount of logic in human language to “reasoning” in tokens.
Liberals, leftists you hold the ideals of crushing fascism and yet you give no thought to its rising ugly manifestation, Hindutva. India is on a fast-track to fascism and it will only end in horrendous humanitarian crisis. You don’t have to be Indian to speak out and educate yourself on it!

Anyone else Marxist but not a revolutionary? I uphold the validity of dialectical and historical materialism, believe that socialism sans commodity production is historically progressive. Yet I recognise my self-interests and comfort in the bourgeoise mode of production.

“Whats the Marxist opinion on AI?”

For Marxists, science is the force of production and hence the bottomline for social prosperity. We don’t idealise the forest communes like the Anarchists but a modern, scifi space faring civ devoid of commodity production.

My feed is full of Trotskyists lately. As a leftcom, I don’t really oppose that. Trotsky was a proletarian hero and we must recognise his contributions to the theory.

So the go to argument of the labour aristocrats is that “Marxism doesn’t consider human nature”? So you are telling me that the concept of owning private productive properties that can only be traced back to the French Revolution some 200 years is deeply rooted in human nature??!!

Just realised that the Central Limit Theorem is a good example of Hegel’s “quantitative to qualitative transformation” dialectic. Maybe someone much smarter can correct me.

Most people need to know that Marxism is not moralist. It’s a tool for scientific analysis of different historical modes of production and their resultant class struggle.

Many leftists think that the support for Luigi Mangione is indicative of the inevitable proletarian revolution in the West. But the question is how many of the Mangione supporters will also support the expropriation of private properties of the petite bourgeoise or "mom & pops" business owners?

I'd really appreciate if anyone recommends me some good intermediate/advance courses on RAG.

So the Syrians have overthrown a brutal dictatorship and the “tankies” are sad because…? Apparently they look at the Syrian people as just some pawns, undeserving of self-determinism and freedom. This tendency should be called as Marxism-Leninism-Americabadism.

Stupid lumpenproletariate from Maccy D's of all places had to ruin it all. And I thought there was hope...
