A 'landmark #whiskey' for me. One of the first US whiskies I truly fell in love with and introduced me to High West. This bottle was an early birthday present that I couldn't resist opening early! 😈

Lovely aromas of ashy smouldering logs, chocolate, coffee, fried fruits and (considering the ABV) gentle spice. The palate is pretty consistent with the nose 👍
