Not sure if it was better when Musk was busy unveiling himself as an abject lunatic or now when everyone around him is busy desperately trying to force the veil back on? I’m surprised so many businesses still work with that platform.

Biggest challenge with commercial breads (sourdough excepted) is that the dough is not allowed to prove for enough time. Usually because of the business need to shorten the manf. time in order to save cost. As a result, the gluten doesn’t break down properly, many ppl have digestive probs with them.

If someone had sat you down 10 years ago and walked you through all of what’s happening now, you would have thought they were describing the script of a planned dystopian fantasy novel that they were putting together. We’re living through it & many folk still have difficulty understanding reality?
