10. Hoo boy. Most modern physics engines have a bug where objects can occasionally bounce off of edges in the middle of a flat surface. Usually this is fine, but for ball-rolling games, it's a big deal. My solution in Filtration is to detect this by *manually* calculating the physics on the side.

9. Mostly just me. I had a couple of friends who helped here and there, making a couple of models, a bit of music. I have a dedicated team of beta testers who are making sure the game plays as well as it can right now.

8. Too many, heh. Obviously this is a sequel to the Marble Blast mod Quaternion, but there's so much more to it than that. A lot of the worldbuilding and puzzles were inspired by Myst, some of the level design by The Legend of Zelda, and of course the collectathon gameplay by the Spyro series.

7. There's no support for custom levels at release, but I do welcome any and all attempts to mod the game! It's a Unity game, so it shouldn't be extremely hard. If enough people ask for it, I might try to make some sort of custom level support.

6. Filtration is, at the moment, exclusively singleplayer. Gonna be honest--there's too much code that would need to be updated for me to get multiplayer to work in the main campaign. So if multiplayer were ever introduced, it would have to come with new levels.

5. It's not an extremely serious game, there's nothing that's intended to push your skills to the limit, but it's definitely got a learning curve especially if you're less skilled with marble platformers in general.

4. The game is going to cost approximately 20 USD on launch.

3. Filtration's going to be available for Windows, macOS, and Linux. We're actively testing on Steam Deck to make sure everything works there. At the very least XInput controllers will be supported.

2. There are 12 main levels in the game, plus small bonus levels and a hub. I'm currently estimating 10-15 hours of gameplay, up to 20 if you decide to go for 100%.

1. Filtration is a collectathon marble platformer. It's definitely got a lot more puzzle DNA than most marble platformers, though! Expect a combination of solving puzzles and physics-based platforming.
