Restoration finally finished of Notre Dame Cathedra. It must be a different experience to see the 900 yr old church all new and shiny. It was a waste of money, imo. I got to see it before the fire in 2016.

Drizzling rain and looking into a harsh white sky, I didn't see these Steller's Eiders until it was almost too late. I threw up my Nikon and banged off a few at 7 f/s, and got one that was decent. I could read the band and got it certified by USGS. Threatened species.
