I would appreciate any kind of help to get me off my friends couch and into a place I can finally call home without fear or worries.

I don't know how many places have this, but there's a couple music stores that have practice rooms (you possibly have to rent I'm not sure)

And one of the main libraries near me have completely sound proof rooms for studio stuff which might also be a practice area but I'm not too sure lol
