Did you use the chipotles from the can? 🤣🤦 I have made dishes a little too spicy a few times throughout the years using canned chipotle. I start very reserved now, and add tiny pieces to get to the correct spiciness I'm going for.

Sadly, something either going on in your hoop house soil, or did you have weather issues?
I had weather issues in 2022, and my tomatoes in my hoop house didn't have great flavor.

Not the "coolest" photo, but one of my favorite salads I make during summer. Nectarine, arugula, prosciutto, goat cheese, and pine nuts, with a fresh citrus dressing of orange, lemon and lime juice, Dijon mustard, olive oil and salt and pepper. 😊

When I see these countdowns, I like to think we only have 101 days until we start gaining light minutes. With everything happening in the world right now, I'm so happy something is triggering a hopeful sense in me. 😊
