The peony sparklerjelly is a female sparklerjelly. The glowing bits are the eggs she’s carrying around. They are quite beautiful and peaceful to watch, when my palico isn’t screaming in the background.

Nu Uldra’s reproductive cycle starts during the firespring, when these beautiful eggs are lain. If you wait for the plenty to start, you will see dozens of Nu Yaya’s hatch and begin drifting around. #monsterhunter
