I figured 😂 That sounds horrendous, I’m so sorry. I was disabled by Covid nearly 6 yrs ago now - POTS and EDS on top of my autism, which has become impossible to mask now that I’m so sick. So I send sympathy hugs being a fellow science experiment with symptoms nobody understands!

I hope you feel better soon! And you don’t sound ragey at all. I just know some people feel stuck if they have limited options and like to give them extra encouragement that every little bit helps and even if you can’t stop shopping there for good, cancelling subs sends a very loud message.

So not only are they no longer getting my $200/yr, but I’ve also switched all Amazon shopping to local stores and only go to Whole Foods when absolutely necessary, so they’re only getting a fraction of what they once got from me. Every little bit helps.

But we already bought our phones. Prime members pay monthly or annually, and those regular subscriptions are what they depend on. So, for example, I have to shop at Whole Foods for certain things that I need, but I still cancelled my prime sub (I still get sale prices, just not the extra 10% off).

FL has the highest inflation in the country right now, and the state is dying (most toxic water, flooding with every storm) because DeSantis put developers in charge instead of actual scientists, so they’re just paving over everything and building new homes that are full of mold or sink a year later
