1. Liberal societies currently enforce their hierarchies with a state. Not sure how that DQs them from being Liberal
2. Many anarchist societies have existed. Many indigenous, some not

So Communism is Liberalism, then?
Anarchism is Liberalism?
Socialism is Liberalism?
