I'm gonna get hate for this but for me it's just not possible to go to the library anymore to check out books or media. The library where I live is too far away and checking books out online there is ALWAYS a waiting period for the book I want. So, I just pirate them and have them offline. Forever.

5/ We need to stop deluding ourselves into thinking that the people we once thought we knew and loved were ever empathetic, caring beings. Because they weren't. They've shown themselves to be who they really are.

4/ Because time and time again Trump has proven to be an effective vessel for their bigotry, their prejudice, their outright hatred for anything 'different' or 'other'. As long as Trump keeps promising them a WHITE, CHRISTIAN AMERICA then they are for everything he does. End of story.

3/ The rule is that anything Trump does is acceptable and right and they will fight to the death for Trump's right to take away all of ours. They will go to their graves thinking that they, and MAGA, are in the right. Why?

2/ The sad fact is that the snippets and screenshots of tweets we see of people who said they voted for Trump but now regret it are anomalies - they're outliers, exceptions to the rule and not the rule itself.

I've kinda/sorta always believed that the police are there not to protect citizens but capital. And I truly believe that in the coming months/years, we will be left with no question about that.
