Watching the performances critically, it's funny how *LITTLE* Bing is doing in comparison. A little shuffling of the feet here and there, but not much else.

I think it's a valid question that would probably keep philosophers busy for a lifetime, invoking names like James Hemings. But I think broadly, as long as you're not working with a flat/long noodle, it all falls under the umbrella of mac and cheese.

This is easily one of the best mac and cheese recipes I've ever made. Was a staple on my Thanksgiving table for several years when I was cooking for 10-15 people. Though I do prefer the taste of sage to the thyme it calls for. food52.com/recipes/7637...
