1) Current 12th grade ELs are substantially underrepresented in Massachusetts ECPs.
2) Former ELs are slightly overrepresented in Massachusetts ECPs.
3) Current ELs are especially underrepresented in ECPs at schools w/ higher shares of Hispanic/Latinx students, low-income students, and ELs.

We see WEPC has institutional change itself, enabling faculty within an IHE to engage in rigorous, policy relevant partnerships in ways that otherwise would not be possible. This captured best in a letter of support from one of affiliated faculty
