We all have things about ourselves we find REALLY annoying!  You know what REALLY annoys me about my cerebral palsy??

Mentally I know how to fix something.  ie. a door. But, physically can't actually fix the door.  Really irks me!

What really annoys you about your disability?

Pickup line = me time. I use it to read, catch up on email, or queue a podcast before baseball. What do you do while you wait?

I was 3 when Section 504 passed. 20 when the ADA became law.
So yeah—this #DisabilityPrideMonth hits different.

This is my story of growing up before access was a right.

35 years of the ADA.
Still rolling forward. Still hitting broken sidewalks.
Still showing up anyway.

If you’ve got a story about how the ADA helped (or failed), I wanna hear it.

The Americans with Disabilities Act turns 35 today.
We’ve come a long way—but access still isn’t a guarantee.
From cheering in accessible seating to fighting for a spot at the table, we’re still rolling forward.
Tell me—how has the ADA shown up (or not) in your life?

I’m Glenn — dad, husband, and the guy behind Wheelchair Daddy.

I parent from a wheelchair. I don’t need pity—just coffee and curb cuts.

Follow if you're into honest laughs and accessible life.
