First time since coming to 🇩🇪 I get to do the family tradition of a Christmas morning fly sesh. Damp and choppy air, but two flights and two landings. One of them decent!

It's not Croxley Moor, but the local club will do.

Since coming to Germany I've accidentally started a tradition of listing to the Greenbone Saga whilst building the in-law's christmas display. 1st year Jade Legacy was newly out, now. . .🤷‍♂️

3 years running with Fonda Lee words and Andrew Kishino's voice. I guess it's a Thing now?

Need to head off but the crowd keeps growing, including a number on bicycles whose bells join the cheers and claps for the speakers.

As I head off towards the Bahn I pass even more people in flags hurrying towards the rally.
The sound of the #StandWithGeorgia rally follows me, and draws in others

Another sign held behind the speakers:.
"You know it's all because of Russia. Georgia in Europe"

It's a range of languages spoken, but mentions of Russia appear to be repeating as well as rejection of the regime and demands for freedom and democracy.

Growing rally next to the Brandeburg Gate declaring #StandWithGeorgia in solidarity with the pro-European protests across the country, denouncing the brutal crackdown.

First full day in Berlin so after doing a scout run of new commute I noticed the S-Bahn went to the Tor, so I decided I should do a tourist. And of course, love me a Parliament.

It'll take time to get used to the city I feel, this isn't Lower Saxony.

And save me from the smokers. So, so many.

Plus as we are seeing atm in the Baltic, most comms and data travel by undersea cable still. Airpower can't as easily protect that stuff.

Data (pic 1) and goods (pic 2) still mostly flow by sea, at *unimaginable* levels compared to air.

Just need to ensure you have good AA or CAP to protect.
