i have to imagine theyll need to do a lot of work to make nearly every move and ability work in this style. a lot of them would need new effects especially. but then any new moves and such would need a turn based equiv for champions.... idk.

the new battle mechanics seem interesting tho. ive been hoping they would shake up battles for a while now, but if the rumors about gen 10 are anything to go by, it wont be in the next games. which is fair to an extent

graphics aside lumiose just looks so fucking boring and empty. and the pokemon selection is so strange like okay every gen 6 pokemon, everyone who can mega evolve and a few stragglers like patrat and the monkies. what. im sure the fucking dlc will add like 70 more but who give a fuck
