i don't think i would even call it public transit. it's more or less the same as hailing an uber/lyft ride, except the state pays part of the cost. if we have any spare transit money, i would hope it would go toward making existing fixed-route service more frequent instead.

it's already been said, but i need to go above 15 to safely take the lane, because bike infrastructure where i live is poor. but even enforcing the existing rules would be great.
