Threatening letters. Which we didn't because FUCK THAT NOISE . Long and short of it I left, it's corrupt as fuck and the government knows it l. They want you to blame the people on benefit not the conmen or bosses,because that doesn't suit their lies.

Most of it is mistakes by staff, fraud by rich people or Dpad (direct payment after death) cases.
If the rich person had lawyers we had to drop the case but if a little old lady made a mistake and didn't inform us on the day her husband died and he accidentally got an extra £20 we had to send out
